We provide dry seasoning and sauces in the food/restaurant industry. Our seasoning and sauces include Jamaican Jerk sauce, Smokie Mountain sauce and Woy Mezanmi an all-purpose seasoning. Our offerings include amazing, unique products of blended international spices and sauces cultivating a most delightful, mouth-watering experience that keeps customers coming back for more.

The joy of experiencing the dreamed about Caribbean cruise which offers the familiar aroma, with a taste that only Andre’s can deliver. The mission is to enrich the lives of our customers. We do this through superior quality ingredients and legendary customer service, sales growth, and cost controls.
Owner Andre Louissaint, a man of great faith, had a dream; rather a series of dreams of conversation with God where he was told of his talents and given instruction to bring those talents to fruition for the delight of others. God’s own creations, the herbs for seasoning, all the cattle in the fields, the fowl in the air, the fish in the sea were now the clear vision of Andre’s dreams that would showcase his culinary talent.

BIOGRAPHY

Andre Louissaint is sole owner of Andre’s. He was born and raised in Port Au Prince, Haiti. Andre dropped out of high school in the 10th grade and went to culinary school in 2000 and then into Culinary Management in 2001 at OIC Hospitality training. Andre was born with Sickle Cell disease (HbSS). He has lived a life of pain and suffering from this, at times, debilitating condition. Andre works hard to press forward even in the wake of not feeling well. Running the business requires leadership, vision, and purpose. Chef Louissaint has demonstrated these in his decades serving others in this business. He has led and managed a staff of employees, managed business partnerships and suppliers, and collaborated with a professional team of accountants, marketing and sales, legal, and other business consultants. Additionally, being a certified chef with nutrition and food sourcing, prep, and storage knowledge is critical to the success of the business.
